How do professional data scientists write algorithms? It’s not like you see on TV. In this Industry Showcase, we’ll develop a working AI and show students, first hand, how to write algorithms like a pro. The sessions equal parts hackathon, presentation, and group participation. The session is open to anyone with a computer science background, but students will benefit most if they:
- Are familiar with R
- Are familiar with GitHub
- Bring a laptop installed with RStudio and a working Wi-Fi connection
