Eminent Domain in Philadelphia Debbie Boucher, assistant professor of sociology, Barnard College, will be joining us and leading the discussion. Becher is the author of "Private Property and Public Power: Eminent Domain in Philadelphia" (Oxford University Press, 2014). Becherʼs work cuts across law, race, economics and inequality in studies of property rights in both urban and rural contexts. |
