Clinical staff experience various interactions that go beyond the patient on a daily basis. On occasion a negative situation may arise. This session will introduce attendees to methodologies of recognizing and de-escalating aggressive or uncooperative behaviors in person or over the phone. 

The speaker, Michael Lynsky of Allied Universal, brings many years of experience as a police officer and an instructor in law enforcement and the security industry.
