Description: Do you feel it is hard to focus on the present moment because of constant digital distractions? Do you mindlessly reach for your phone? If yes, you are not alone. It can be incredibly difficult to focus on the present moment when we are presented with endless digital distractions. In this webinar, I will present mindful strategies that you can use to manage digital distractions.
