Natalie Nixon PhD changes lives through ideas. She is a creativity strategist who happily integrates wonder and rigor into her life and work. In her new book, The Creativity Leap: Unleash Curiosity, Improvisation and Intuition at Work, she does something brilliant and heretical—she declares that creativity is a teachable phenomenon. She describes creativity as equal parts structure and looseness, focus and ambiguity, rules and no rules, daring us to suggest that we all have it in us.
