American Constitution Society: A Panel Discussion on the Supreme Court and Reproductive Justice

Event Description
American Constitution Society and If/When/How present a panel on the Supreme Court and Reproductive Justice. The previous Supreme Court term had two cases centered on issues related to reproductive justice: mifepristone, the medication used in medication abortions, and EMTALA, the Emergency Medical Treatment and Lacor Act. Panelists will discuss the impacts of these cases and their decisions, as well as the broader legal and medical landscape in a post-Dobbs world. Panelists will be Prof. David Cohen, Dr. Alhambra Frarey, Prof. Patty Skuster, and Prof. Blake Rocap with moderation by Prof. Elizabeth Kukura.
