Event Description
There are two very important legal areas for startups to have on their radar: employment law and intellectual property law. Employment law includes understanding contractor vs. employee arrangements, employment agreements and legal obligations for employers. For intellectual property, a startup's IP is one of its most important assets. Learn the ins and outs of both employment law and intellectual property strategy including how to setup patents, trademarks and copyrights.
