Please join us for our annual Veterans Day Tribute at 12:00pm. This annual gathering has become a tradition at Drexel, coordinated by the Office of Veteran Student Services, Veterans Task Force and Army ROTC. This tribute includes military traditions and protocol, patriotic music, and reflections. Join us in welcoming Army ROTC’s newly appointed Professor of Military Science, LTC Laura Bellot who will lead the program.
Attendees will also hear words of encouragement from a recent veteran alumna Kristin Leone RN, MSN, a Lieutenant Commander in the US Navy who was recently named a Top 10 Finalist for the Ms. Veteran America 2020 along with current student-veteran MCPO Mark H. Allen, USCGR(Retired), a Ph.D. Student in Project Management and Master Chief Petty Officer of the Coast Guard Reserves; both have stayed true to their purpose driven lives during these challenging times, demonstrating steadfast resilience despite the enormous challenges of the pandemic. |
