Event Description

Join the Offices of Equality and Diversity and Veteran Student Services for a riveting conversation with Anselm Beach, US Army Retired, Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army – Equity and Inclusion at United States Department of the Army.

This conversation will underscore the resilience that veterans must maintain as they transition into civilian life on campus and in the workplace. We will also discuss how these experiences can differ based on the dimensions of our identity and some of the changes that the Army is undertaking in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to continue to enhance mission readiness.   The Coffee Hour will be introduced by Dr. Rebecca Weidensaul, Assistant Vice President and facilitated by Patience Ajoff-Foster, Executive Director of Diversity and Inclusive Culture.
