Event Description
The Office of Veteran Student Services and the Office of Counseling and Health Presents: Riding with the Dragon. Learn how to improve resilience and overall health with evidence-based, holistic health strategies. Join us for a nutritional lunch while learning how to navigate stress with Integrative Advanced Relaxation Techniques (I-ART). Our presenter, Stephanie Ross MHD, MS, HT, CNC, CBNAR, is an internationally known expert in Complementary and Integrative Health and the Founding Director of the Department of Complementary and Integrative Health, Drexel University, College of Nursing and Health Professionals. This Lunch and Learn is specifically for our campus faculty, staff, student-veterans, and military dependents and colleagues.

Lunch provided by the Office of Veteran Student Services and the Office of Counseling and Health.
