Open Enrollment is an annual process that provides faculty and professional staff the opportunity to enroll in new benefit plans or make changes to existing coverage that goes into effect January 1st of the upcoming year. This year’s Open Enrollment is Thursday, November 1st, through Friday, November 30th, 2018.

Faculty and Professional Staff Members who are not changing their elections do not need to re-enroll. Current 2018 benefits will remain in effect. The only exceptions are the Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts and the Commuter Program. For these plans, you must re-enroll for the 2019 Plan Year.

Please join us at one of the Open Enrollment Fairs taking place at the following locations from 11:30am to 1:00 pm:

• Nov. 6 · The Academy of Natural Sciences, in the Commons
• Nov. 8 · University City Campus, in the Recreation Center lobby
• Nov. 13 · Queen Lane Campus, in The Atrium  
• Nov. 15 · Center City Campus, in the Geary Lobby

Come speak with your benefits representatives and enter raffles to win prizes! Vendors will also be on hand to answer all of your questions. No need to pre-register. All faculty and professional staff members are encouraged to attend!
