Event Description

Stressful times can take a toll on the body, mind and relationships. Together we will incorporate movement, rhythm and creativity in regenerative and self-nurturing Stress-Down-Day experiences. Through didactic discussion and experiential exercises, the presenters will introduce the professions of dance/movement therapy and music therapy, and the roles they each play in health and healing.

She is also a freelance percussionist in the greater Philadelphia region and performs improvisationally with artist/sculptor Eiko Fan Takahira.

She also serves on the senior faculty at Inspirees, a training program for DMT in China, and an international faculty member for Dance Therapy New Zealand.
