Start Date: 12/7/2021Start Time: 12:00 PM
End Date: 12/7/2021End Time: 1:00 PM
Event Description
What does an eating disorder look like? Perhaps you picture a person who is underweight and refuses to eat. Or maybe, someone who vomits after their meals. Who you might not picture is a person with the most prevalent type of eating disorder: someone who binge eats.

This wellness talk will aim to shed light on binge eating disorder by identifying its common signs and symptoms, and how to recognize them in yourself and others. It will additionally explore how binge eating disorder can be treated by providing an overview of evidence-based psychological interventions.
