Intended for managers and supervisors, the Productive Conflict workshop explores the possibilities of a workplace where the productive power of conflict is harnessed, and its destructive power is minimized. Participants will examine their own approaches and reactions to conflict and learn how to choose appropriate strategies for different conflict situations.
