Monday, February 14

  • Event 1: IG Takeovers @ducom_wellness/Nutrition Resources
    • Event Description: Wellness Reps will share how they prioritize wellness throughout their day on IG Stories.They will also share Nutrition information and resources.

Tuesday, February 15

    • Event Description: Wellness Reps will share how they prioritize wellness throughout their day on IG Stories. They will also share Sleep Hygiene information.

  • Event 2: Mindfulness Journaling (Zoom)
    • Event Description: Mindfulness journaling activity and meditation. Learn how journaling is connected to mindfulness. Lead by Dr. Fallon. Bring your own notebook!

  • Event 3: Kiss and a Rose - Rose Sale
    • Event Description: Rose Sale Fundraiser – all proceeds going to St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children

  • Event 4: Physician Burnout Panel - SAMMP Event (Zoom)
    • Event Description: Student/Intern led panel for MS1 and MS2 students. Topics discussed will include how to avoid and deal with academic/clinical burnout, and how to transition into a clinical setting. This is an opportunity to learn how your peers manage these experiences!
