Laurie Besden, Esq., Executive Director of Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL) of PA, will be available for virtual one-on-one sessions on Tuesday, February 21st from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. via Zoom. Students who would like to request a confidential meeting with Laurie should email her directly at laurie@lclpa.org and she will send you a Zoom link.

Laurie offers confidential, discreet, and private sessions to discuss any type of addiction, alcohol issues, mental health disorders, stress, or depression – about yourself or others for whom you are concerned. She can also provide literature or other resources to address any ethical or bar application-related questions. All communications are confidential, and there is no record of the time with her. Other than communicating Laurie’s availability, no member of the law school administration is involved.

LCL is a non-profit, completely confidential resource that helps lawyers and law students who are dealing with issues related to alcohol, drugs, depression, and other serious emotional challenges.
