Event Description Plant-forward or plant-based eating is a style of cooking and eating that emphasizes and celebrates, but is not limited to plant-based foods. Workshops participants will learn the benefits of minimizing meat intake and choosing lean meat, how to make their meals plant-forward, and how to grocery shop the plant-forward way.
