Event Description BD, a leading global medical technology company, is seeking high-potential technical talent for its Technology Leadership Development Program (TLDP) in life sciences and engineering disciplines related to medical devices, cellular analysis, and diagnostics. The TLDP consists of three progressively more challenging assignments that can span multiple businesses and/or locations within the company, strengthening the technical depth and skills of these high-potential associates while developing their leadership skills and stretching them across multiple disciplines. A personalized and dynamic career path is sculpted for each individual TLDP, based on personal skills and interests, with the influence of senior R&D leaders. Assignments will focus on developing each participant's domain expertise, leadership abilities, and cross-functional skills, and business acumen. Qualified candidates will have less than three years of work experience and possess a Ph.D. or research-based thesis MS degree in life sciences or engineering fields, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, biomedical engineering, chemical engineering, materials science, chemistry, immunology, microbiology, biochemistry, cell biology, and other related fields.
