Event Description The Graduate College of Drexel University presents Wellness Weekdays, a series of workshops which focus on wellness of the mind, body, and spirit for graduate students and postdocs. These sessions offer an opportunity for graduate students and postdocs to take a break from their academic pursuits, learn something new and engage with peers, faculty, and professional staff across the University.
Join us for this interactive Mindfulness Friday workshop with Michele D. Rattigan, MA, ATR-BC, NCC, LPC, clinical associate professor in the Creative Arts Therapies department and Art Therapy and Counseling program at the College of Nursing and Health Professions, as she introduces self-compassion and its three fundamental aspects of mindfulness, common humanity, and kindness. Participants will learn how to invite more self-compassion into their lives.
