Have you ever caught yourself saying one of the following when considering delegating a task? It will be faster if I do it myself. I’m not sure this will get done correctly if I don’t do it myself. I really like doing this, so I’ll do it myself. If so, this workshop is for you. Participants will learn more about why, what, when and to whom to delegate.

This session is open to Drexel faculty and staff and counts as an elective for those participating in the Supervisory Certificate Program.
