Are you interested in cooking and learning new ways to make your food healthier? Then sign up today for a cooking workshop with the Dornsife Center’s Community Chef, Brian Lofink. Workshops are limited – please RSVP as soon as possible by calling the Dornsife Center at (215) 571-4013 or emailing dornsifecenter@drexel.edu. See below for a list of his upcoming workshops:
Tuesday March 14th, 5:30pm-7pm: Cooking with Seasonal Produce from Clark Park Farmer’s Market – Our community chef will pick up some fun and exciting ingredients from the local farmer’s market and create delicious food right from your very own backyard!
Tuesday March 21st, 5:30pm-7pm: How to be a Working Parent and Cook Healthy Meals for your Kids – Our community chef will teach you some simple, nutritious and flavor packed recipes so that you can work knowing your children are eating properly at home.
Tuesday March 28th, 5:30pm – 7pm: Healthy Mexican Cuisine – Our community chef will offer tips and recipes that will stop you from thinking about Mexican fried food and begin to think about Mexican fresh food!
