Event Description
Sometimes
when a decision is needed, we rely on our “gut” response. Sometimes we ask a
friend, hold a vote, or flip a coin in the absence of a reliable way to make
the decision. Sometimes we feel stuck – as if we can’t make the decision at
all. Wouldn’t it be nice to have a thorough, consistent process to use when
making decisions? One that takes into account many variables and possible
solutions and offers a path toward choosing and implementing one option?
This
90-minute offering introduces a rational decision making model as a possible
solution to erratic approaches to decision making, or worse, analysis
paralysis.
