Come and join Kenneth
Kramer, Qigong Master, in discovering the health benefits of Qigong every
Friday from February 22 to March 29 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Calm
your mind and energize your body with the breathing and slow, flowing movements
of these ancient Chinese healing exercises. Learn simple exercises that anyone
can do to relieve stress and improve health. For ages 18+. Bring a water bottle
