Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the activity, participants should be able to:

  • Define the terminology and concepts related to sexual minority and gender non-conforming youth
  • Identify the health disparities, health risks and lack of access to quality care faced by sexual minority and gender non-conforming youth
  • Describe strategies for the clinician in interviewing, supporting and educating sexual minority and gender non-conforming youth

Target Audience
Physicians, nurse practitioners, nursing personnel, fellows, residents and medical students
