End Date: 4/13/2021End Time: 12:00 PM

Event Description
An increasing number of international students are considering setting up their own company or becoming involved in a start-up venture. These situations require investigating a wider range of temporary work visa and some creativity. Guest speaker Dan Berger, Immigration Attorney, will review the key visa categories that many students use and offer advice about how to coordinate business and immigration planning.

Dan Berger is a partner at the immigration law firm of Curran, Berger & Kludt in Northampton, MA. He has a B.A. from Harvard University and a law degree from Cornell Law School. He has been practicing law for more than twenty years and, among other accomplishments, is a founding member of the US Alliance of International Entrepreneurs.
