Event Description
It’s spring…the season of hope, promise, and the nagging sense that you’d like to write more. We have a solution! Drexel’s Social Science and Humanities Research Council and the University Writing Program are sponsoring a writing retreat series for the first four weeks of the spring quarter. Any Drexel faculty or staff member working on a writing project is welcome to attend.
Come to our kickoff session on Thursday April 6, from 8:30-11:00 a.m. at the Drexel Writing Center located in the Korman Center, room 100. We’ll discuss our projects, enjoy coffee and snacks, and provide dedicated time for writing.
Whether or not you can make the kickoff event, everyone is invited to attend additional writing sessions which will take place on Fridays including April 14, 21, 28 from 1-2:30 p.m. Come in person or join us remotely. In-person sessions will be held in the City View Lounge (faculty club) on the sixth floor of Macalister Hall. A Zoom link will be provided to those who wish to participate remotely.
Please RSVP
– Let us know if you are interested in attending!
