Interested in the ADR Team? You should e! 98% of all cases settle before trial. The Drexel kline ADR team focuses on pre-trial skills that all lawyer need to perfect.

Arbitration (Fall 2023) A private trial with an arbitrator who serves as the judge.

Negotiation (Fall 2023) A heavily used proces (1) to resolve civil litigation-based disputes and (2) to bring parties together in crafting business deals.

Client Counseling (Spring 2024) Client interviewing and counseling skills that all practicing attorneys use.

Mediation (Spring 2024) The most common process used to resolve civil disputes, ranging from family law matters, to complex business litigation cases.
