Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of the activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe the basic tenets of safe practices during MRI scanning
- Knowledge of improvements in implantable devices that permits safe MRI scanning
- List complications of intravenous gadolinium, including nephrogenic systemic fibrosis (NSF) and brain deposition
