The presentation will cover resources for exploring medical schools and important factors to consider in choosing where to apply.  It is important to research individual medical school’s selection criteria such as ranges of accepted GPAs and MCAT scores, in-state versus out of state residency preferences, mission statements, and program emphasis, etc. before applying. Try to take a well-informed and strategic approach to generating a schools list instead of applying randomly to “lots of schools.”
