VOLUNTEERS NEEDED - 5th Annual Spring Garden Egg Hunt Festival

Event Description

We will be holding our 5th Annual Spring Garden Egg Hunt Festival on Saturday, April 16, 2022 (rain date: April 23) – a day of spring activities for families including arts & crafts, music, scavenger hunt, refreshments, giveaways, and more. We are going to need volunteers on the days leading up to the event and the actual event day. Volunteer tasks will include, but are not limited to, creating prize bags, decorating, setting up, checking people in, helping with arts & crafts activities, distributing refreshments, and assisting with the scavenger hunt. 

Prep days: April 13 and 14 from 10am to 4pm (2-hour shifts)

Event day: April 16 (rain date: April 23) from 9am to 3pm (3.5-hour shifts)
