Join the Drexel Solutions Institute on April 2nd from 12:00pm-2pm for a luncheon discussion with IBX and Kim Gholston, Associate Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Drexel University.
The panel will provide an overview of IBX' approach to D&I as well as key elements for successful diversity programs. In addition, the panel will discuss how community-based training and outreach can strengthen diversity and inclusion in work environments.
This event is free and part of Independent Blue Cross' Corporate Partner of the Month activities for March. All students, staff, alumni, faculty and friends of Drexel University are encouraged to attend.
