Please join us for an information session via Zoom on Wednesday, April 21, from 6 to 7 p.m. You will hear from students who have competed in this fun co-curricular and get more information about the four ABA Competitions we participate in during the fall and spring semesters:

• Arbitration (a private trial with an arbitrator, who serves as the judge)
• Negotiation (a heavily used process (1) to resolve civil, litigation-based disputes and (2) to bring parties together in crafting business deals)
• Client Counseling (client interviewing and counseling skills, which all practicing attorneys use)
• Mediation (the most common process used to resolve civil disputes, ranging from family law matters to complex, business litigation cases)

The session will be recorded for anyone who is unable to attend.
