Elizabeth Farwell Ozer is the Policy and Special Projects Manager for First Up, an local non-profit organization that advocates and provides programming aimed at improving education for children in the Greater Philadelphia Region. Elizabeth will visit Drexel to provide her perspective on issues in her sector of education.
