Join us as we dive into the complexities of Asian and Asian American identities for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month. This event will feature student panelists who will be addressing topics like identity politics, microaggressions, stereotypes, and the intersectionality of Asian identities. In addition to a panel of Drexel students, this event will be moderated by Dr. Sonali Jain, associate teaching professor of sociology with interests in race and ethnicity. We will also use this time to discuss self-advocacy and creating space to develop and discuss our identities. All students, faculty, and staff are welcome!
