Agile Scrum Team Workshop

Event Description
This two-day Agile Scrum training utilizes an immersive learning approach which allows you to practice the Agile Scrum techniques as you learn them. You will create Agile teams and simulate an actual sprint using a chosen project. You will also conduct five scrum ceremonies while creating user stories, product backlogs, scrumboards, burndown charts, and participate in a daily meeting, demo and retrospective—all while using your chosen project as a case study for the exercises.
