Networking in Action

Event Description
Attendees will have an opportunity to meet a variety of alums and practice their conversational networking skills. A brief presentation on networking etiquette and suggested questions will be provided at the start of the session. Then in a series of speed networking breakout rooms, attendees will be paired with alumni or student leaders. Attendees can reflect on their progress throughout the session to identify strengths and areas for improvement. By the end of the session, you WILL feel more prepared to conduct a networking conversation and learn essential tips on how to follow up and maintain a professional relationship after the discussion.
