This is an opportunity for all nursing and health professions faculty, tenure or non-tenure track, to engage about educational resources and strategic planning for diverse faculty interested in promotion in academia. Join us as we begin to discuss the barriers of equity and inclusion for professors of color pursing tenure/non-tenure tract growth and sustainability.
   Presenters are diverse and will offer valuable insights into the journey to advancement. This session is for all non-tenure and tenured faculty as well as those interested in becoming faculty within academia. The event will be a discussion format assuring diversity, equity, and inclusion precede over the conversation.
