Atlas PainCare: An Interprofessional Mentoring Framework

 Atlas PainCare is a mentorship program designed to help interprofessional teams develop care structures for patients with chronic pain using multimodal, evidence-based, and patient-centered approaches that focus on minimizing opioid use and promoting self-management. Atlas PainCare aims to help clinicians and organizations build the tools, pain science knowledge base, administrative support, and interprofessional teamwork required to implement best practice. The presentation will outline the development process, describe the proposed framework, and present feedback from stakeholders. This project was funded through the Dean’s R3 Grant and is overseen by CNHP Special Research Initiatives.
