Event Description
Faculty and students from Drexel University and the College of Engineering have partnered with Girls, Inc. of Philadelphia to offer this experiential summer learning opportunity for middle school girls. The girls will learn about STEM subjects through workshops organized and taught by over 40 faculty and students. The goal is to address the gap that begins to emerge in the middle school years among girls from underrepresented communities by creating a girls only summer STEM program that captures their interest and provides a supportive and fun learning environment.
