Event Description Water is essential to life, as it is part of every cell, organ and fluid in our bodies. Strive to drink at least 32 ounces of water per day during this fun four-week challenge, and track it through our Wellness Incentive Program website!
Although your body needs water, it is also important not to drink too many fluids. There isn’t one general rule for fluid intake. Recommendations can change based on age, chronic conditions and activity level, so check with your doctor for the specific amount that is right for you.
Track your activity at least once a week to be entered into a raffle to win a FitBit! All participants who track their participation at least once a week will also earn 25 Wellness Incentive points! Get paid to up your hydration game!
This challenge starts on July 5. Registration opens on June 28th. The absolute last day to join this challenge is July 12th. This challenge will run for four weeks: July 5-August 1st.
Employees who participate in our Wellness Incentive Program are eligible to enter this challenge as are their spouses and partners who are eligible for the Wellness Incentive Program.
To join this challenge, please visit https://members.healthadvocate.com/ and log in to your Wellness Incentive Program portal. Click on “Healthy Hydration” from your To Do List (this will appear on June 28th) and click “Join.”
