Join us for an introduction to Drexel's retirement savings plans. The 403(b) Plan allows you to save money for retirement on a pre-tax or after tax (Roth) basis. The University makes contributions to this plan on your behalf of up to 9% or 11% depending on your age. You may also make additional contributions to Drexel's 457(b) plan If you earn more than $150,000 per year. We will discuss eligibility, the enrollment process, contribution limits, and resources to help you plan for retirement.
