Event Description
This virtual event is part of the ongoing Global Perspectives series sponsored by the College of Nursing and Health Professions (CNHP) Board of Global Healthcare Engagement in collaboration with Drexel University’s Office of Global Engagement. We will continue the conversation with panelists representing nine countries and discuss how large-scale global disruptions impact healthcare and population health.
This event highlights Drexel’s deep commitment to engage the global community in an open discussion forum. Increasingly, we recognize the impact of climate change on vulnerable populations and wish to facilitate discussion on how people are responding and adapting to these challenges. Panelists will discuss the following:
- Are there impacts of climate change you seeing in your region? (Please describe)
- How are these changes affecting population health?
- What has been the response to climate change?
