Start Date: 7/29/2021Start Time: 5:30 PM
End Date: 7/29/2021End Time: 7:00 PM
Event Description
The National Science Foundation’s Graduate Research Fellowship Program (GRFP) provides selected fellows with three years of funding, including a living stipend and tuition funds, to support the research phase of their doctoral degree. The current application cycle is open to US citizens planning to begin a research-focused graduate program in Fall 2022, or who will be in the 1st or 2nd year of a PhD in STEM or the Social Sciences in Fall 2021. This third of four GRFP application workshops will guide you through essential dimensions of writing a strong personal statement, including how to select content, define a structure, and reflect meaningfully on your experiences. You do not need to have attended previous GRFP workshops to benefit from this one! You can find preparatory materials for this workshop, as well as materials from the previous workshops, at https://drexel0.sharepoint.com/sites/Pennoni-UREP-Public/Fellowships/SitePages/NSF-GRFP-Workshops-and-Events.aspx
