Event Description

In this workshop, learn what microaggressions and bias look like in the workplace, and how these comments and behaviors can negatively impact work performance, job satisfaction, and relationship building for targeted employees. Learn how to navigate and address workplace microaggressions in a way you feel comfortable and empowered. Presented by Liz Schwartz, Reggie Hill and Whitney Kerr of the IDEA Committee at the Steinbright Career Development Center.
