Event Description
What is a city and who is it for? Who decides and who disrupts? The exhibit Seeing Philadelphia spans more than 300 years of Philadelphia history by combining perspectives from the Atwater Kent Collection of 18th-20th century images of city life along with Writers Room's contemporary, post-pandemic views of a diverse, multigenerational community of photographers, who are also writers.
This exhibition is free and open to the public at the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts –America's first museum and art school.
