In this interactive webinar, Kathy Kiernan, EMBA ’00, will guide you through exercises that shed light on what makes difficult conversations uncomfortable.

Utilizing real life examples, participants will explore tools that help them prepare for and practice their delivery, resulting in more effective and successful conversations.
