Dornsife COVID-19 Journal Club Discussion

Event Description
Join the Dornsife COVID-19 Journal Club for a discussion on two papers with evidence for reinfection of COVID-19.
 
The first paper is “COVID-19 re-infection by a phylogenetically distinct SARS-coronavirus-2 strain confirmed by whole genome sequencing” by Kelvin Kai-Wang To and colleagues from various hospitals in Hong Kong and was published in Clinical Infectious Diseases on August 25, 2020. The second paper is “Genomic Evidence for a Case of Reinfection with SARS-CoV-2” by Richard Tillett and colleagues the University of Nevada and is a pre-print.

Dr. Zsofia Szep and Dr. Shara Epstein will discuss the papers.

Drexel staff, faculty and students are welcome to take part in this discussion.
