Learning Objectives
- Enumerate the variety and scope of procedures that can appropriately be
managed in the cardiac catheterization lab
- Describe policies and procedures in place in the catheterization suite
designed to maximize patient safety and quality outcomes
- Identify patients in your practice who are or are not likely to benefit from
trans-catheter procedures and refer appropriate candidates in a timely
fashion

and other health care professionals who take care of children
