Event Description
Maggie Wittlin is an assistant professor of law at University of Nebraska Law School. Her research focuses on evidence, criminal and civil procedure, intellectual property and law and behavioral sciences. She uses theoretical, mathematical and empirical methods to study how legal actors—judges, jurors and lawyers, as well as citizens subject to laws—should and do make decisions. She will present and discuss her paper “Meta-Evidence and Preliminary Injunctions.”
