As part of a courageous conversation building upon Same Story, Different Generation: Barriers to Students in Higher Education from Fall 2020, this panel will introduce new voices to share their experiences as marginalized and minoritized students navigating CNHP toward graduation. Participants can engage currently enrolled graduate students for illustration of potential overlaps in navigation strategies, along with current tools, in leadership, advocacy, and practice. The empowerment of Each One, Reach One centers education in the classroom for professional career success. This forum is essential for faculty, professional staff, and students to learn together to improve our classroom interactions and avoid repeating past mistakes.
